Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements and objectives in Japanese and translate to English for technical teams.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for technology and process enhancements.
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
Support project management activities, including planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Set up communication rules and templates for smooth collaboration
Solution documentation, powerpoint preparation and regular communication between all parties.
Qualifications:
English and Japanese fluently (must have)
5+ years as BA
Strong in Scrum Agile Working Process (must have)
Strong documentation and communication skills. (must have)
Have BA certification (nice to have)
Experience in healthcare sector, Data project (nice to have)
