1. Mô tả công việc

– Tham gia triển khai các projects/ dịch vụ về trí tuệ nhân tạo trong các lĩnh vực:

• • Mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn (LLM), Xử lý ngôn ngữ tự nhiên (NLP)
  • Thị giác máy tính (CV), Text-to-speech (TTS), Speech-to-text (STT).

– Nghiên cứu và áp dụng các công nghệ mới để phát triển các bài toán ứng dụng thực tế có giá trị cao như:

• • AI Agent, Chatbot;
  • Hệ thống e-KYC, trích xuất thông tin từ tài liệu (Scan/Extraction);

– Phân tích, xây dựng và tối ưu các mô hình LLM, ML/DL, … nhằm giải quyết các bài toán cụ thể trong sản phẩm;
– Kết hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm Kỹ thuật, Sản phẩm để đưa mô hình, giải pháp vào hệ sản phẩm tới tay khách hàng và theo dõi hiệu quả sau triển khai;

– Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Machine Learning, Deep Learning;
– Đã tham gia nhiều dự án AI được triển khai thành công và đưa vào sử dụng thực tế.
– Sử dụng thành thạo các ngôn ngữ Python, C/C++, …
– Thành thạo ít nhất 1 trong các AI Framework: Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch,…
– Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các thư viện triển khai AI Agent như LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, …
– Hiểu rõ các khái niệm cốt lõi về mô hình ngôn ngữ lớn như:

• • Kiến trúc Transformer, Attention, Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, …
  • Các kỹ thuật triển khai Quantization, LoRA, RLHF, RAG, …

– Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt.

• • Leaders Quan tâm đặc biệt tới nhân viên;
  • Mức thu nhập cạnh tranh, theo năng lực nhân viên;
  • Review lương 2 lần/ năm, thưởng cuối năm (2 – 4) tháng lương;
  • Thời gian làm việc: 8h – 17h30 (thứ 2- thứ 6).

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Cybernetic Agents Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in developing cybernetic agents, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and have a solid understanding of the Flask framework for web development. Additionally, experience with deployment to platforms like Heroku is a valuable asset. Your role will involve creating and maintaining intelligent agents that can operate autonomously and interact with various systems and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain cybernetic agents that can autonomously interact with systems and environments.

2. Implement machine learning algorithms and AI models to enhance agent capabilities.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybernetic agents into various applications.

4. Utilize Flask to create web-based interfaces for agent management and control.

5. Deploy agents and web applications to platforms like Heroku, ensuring scalability and performance.

6. Monitor and improve the performance, efficiency, and security of the agents and web applications.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to agent behavior, web interfaces, and deployments.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cybernetics.

9. Document agent development processes, web interfaces, and deployment strategies for reference and training.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

– Proven experience in developing cybernetic agents, AI models, machine learning algorithms, and web applications using Flask.

– Strong knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python.

– Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries.

– Experience with deployment to cloud platforms, with a preference for Heroku.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.

– Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

– Self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience with reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques.

– Knowledge of cybernetics and control systems.

– Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.

– Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and agent development.

– Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

– Strong understanding of Heroku deployment best practices.
