We’re looking for Principal/Lead Java Software Engineers (Java) to join our remote team in Vietnam. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications which support developer, designer, supplier in construction, building design, architectural domain
- Maintain high coding standard, experience in clean code, clean architect, code refactoring
- Truly a team player, team first mindset.
- Stay up to date with the technology trends, frameworks, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years for Principal & Lead position
- Experience in Java in general
- Deep knowledge in multithreading and distributed systems.
- Good at design principle, design pattern, data structure
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and large-scale systems.
- Proven track record of designing high-performance, fault-tolerant applications.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, GCP, or AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in both relational (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
